Disclosure under the Japanese Act on Specified Commercial Transactions (mail-order sales).

Seller: Pono Software (sole proprietorship)
Representative: The proprietor’s name, address and phone number will be disclosed without delay upon request via the contact form, as required by the Specified Commercial Transactions Act.
Location: Yokohama, Kanagawa, Japan (full address disclosed upon request)

Prices: Data Supporter plan: ¥1,000/month (tax included) or US$6/month
Data Ultras plan: ¥3,000/month (tax included) or US$18/month
You choose the billing currency (JPY/USD) at checkout; prices are also shown on the checkout screen.
Charges other than the price: Internet connection charges are borne by the customer.
Payment method: Credit card (payments are processed by Stripe, Inc.)
Payment timing: The first charge is made at sign-up; subsequent charges occur automatically on each monthly renewal date.
Service delivery: Available immediately after payment is completed.
System requirements: The latest version of a modern browser (Chrome / Safari / Edge / Firefox) is recommended.

Cancellation policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time from “Manage billing / cancel” on the settings page after logging in.
After cancellation, paid features remain available until the end of the current billing period. No prorated refunds are given for mid-period cancellation.
Once cancellation is complete, no further charges will occur.
If a payment fails, the subscription is automatically canceled after a retry period and your account reverts to the free plan.

Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are not provided once the service has been delivered, except where required by law.
If you were charged in error (e.g. a duplicate charge), please contact us via the contact form — we will verify and refund promptly.

Prices and service contents may change with prior notice.
Matters not covered here are governed by the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
