• Account information: the email address and basic profile (name, avatar, etc.) of your Google account
• Settings: your nickname, favourite clubs and notification preferences
• Contact enquiries: the email address, name, category and message you submit. We also record the email address of the signed-in account if any, plus a hash of your IP address and browser information for spam prevention (the raw IP address is not stored)
• Cookies: used to keep you signed in (authentication)
• Access logs: pages viewed and environment information (browser, OS, etc.)

2. Purposes of use

• Providing and maintaining the Service (authentication, storing and displaying your settings)
• Responding to enquiries, including replying by email where needed
• Understanding usage, preventing abuse and spam, and improving the Service

3. Third-party services

The Service relies on the following third-party services, and the information above is stored or transmitted to them to the extent necessary.

• Google Cloud Platform (Cloud Run / Cloud SQL / Cloud Storage: application hosting, database and image storage)
• Google (sign-in via OAuth)
• Google Gemini API (generating articles and analysis; only match data and news information are sent — no personal information about users)
• Serper (news search used as source material for articles)

4. Disclosure to third parties

We do not provide personal information to third parties without your consent, except as required by law. We do not sell personal information.

5. Security

We take reasonable measures to prevent leakage, loss or damage of personal information, including encryption in transit, restricted access to the admin interface and controlled database connectivity.

6. Disclosure, correction and deletion

You may request disclosure, correction or deletion of your personal information (including your account information) via the contact form. We will verify your identity and respond within a reasonable period.

7. Changes to this policy

This policy may be revised as necessary. We will announce material changes on the Service.
